We celebrated 20 years of activity, meaning two decades of dedicated service and innovation for our valued customers. It was a three-day event, each day focusing on a different field of expertise:

The Technology Days Automation Event has solidified its place as one of the premier gatherings in the automation industry, spotlighting advancements in collaborative robots (cobots) Universal Robots and mobile industrial robots, MiR. This event offered attendees an in-depth look into how automation is transforming industries, with some of the most respected names in robotics and automation showcasing their innovations.

Day 1 – Automation Highlights: Unveiling the Future of Robotics

The first day of Technology Days was dedicated to automation and the latest developments in robotics technology. Industry leaders presented advancements in collaborative and mobile industrial robots, focusing on cutting-edge solutions designed to improve efficiency and productivity.

• MiR Pallet Jack 1200: An advanced mobile industrial robot, the Pallet Jack 1200 brings robust automation to materials handling, featuring optimized movement for handling pallets and large loads autonomously.
• UR30: The latest addition to Universal Robots’ line of collaborative robots, designed to enhance precision and handle complex tasks safely alongside human operators.
• Mobile Cobot Solutions: Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots, alongside ROEQ and Nord Modules, displayed cobots and modular robotic equipment that are redefining workplace automation through collaborative, easily adaptable solutions.

These innovations underscore the shift toward greater flexibility and collaboration in industrial environments. Automation Day provided attendees with live demonstrations, showcasing the potential for streamlined workflows and safer, more effective operations.

Engaging Hands-on Workshops and Networking

The event included a series of hands-on workshops where attendees experienced the latest industry equipment firsthand, engaging directly with experts. This practical format enabled participants to gain insights into automation technologies, covering a range of applications in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.

We recently celebrated a milestone event—our 20th Anniversary Celebration—and it was nothing short of extraordinary! Over three exciting days, we hosted one of the largest technology test & automation events in Central & Eastern Europe: Technology Days. The event brought together over 15 speakers, including European and regional sales managers, as well as technical experts from some of the most innovative companies in the industry. Here’s a look back at how each day unfolded.

Day 1: Automation Day – Leading the Future of Robotics and Automation

We kicked off Technology Days with Automation Day, where leading industry innovators presented groundbreaking technologies shaping the future of automation. Our partners, including Mobile Industrial Robots, ROEQ – Robotic Equipment, Nord Modules A/S, and Universal Robots, demonstrated cutting-edge solutions like the MiR Pallet Jack 1200, UR30, and mobile cobots, providing attendees with a firsthand look at advancements in robotics.

Throughout the day, attendees engaged with hands-on workshops that showcased the latest automation equipment. The immersive experience allowed participants to explore these innovations up close, gaining practical insights from industry experts. From presentations to live demonstrations, the day highlighted the rapid evolution of automation technology and its applications across various sectors.

The first day concluded with a raffle, adding an extra layer of excitement to the event, and our celebratory anniversary cake delighted all present.

Day 2: Test, Hardware & Software Solutions – Exploring Innovations in Quality Assurance

On the second day, we shifted the focus to Test, Hardware, and Software Solutions, where professionals from industrial, electronics, and automotive sectors explored cutting-edge tools for performance ICT testing and quality assurance. Industry-leading technologies were on full display, including the Teradyne TSH ICT, Takaya APT-1600FD Flying Probe Tester, Mirtec MV6-OMNI AOI, and Waygate Micromex X-Ray.

Experts from companies like MIRTEC, Waygate Technologies, Volume Graphics (part of Hexagon), and Teradyne led the workshops and presentations, offering insights into how these innovations are revolutionizing the testing landscape. The interactive workshops provided participants with invaluable knowledge, allowing them to engage with the latest advancements in hardware and software testing solutions.

As part of our ongoing anniversary celebrations, we kept the atmosphere lively with more hands-on workshops, an exciting raffle, and, of course, another slice of our signature anniversary cake. The vibrant discussions and demonstrations made for an enriching and unforgettable day.

Day 3: Test & Inspection – The Future of Testing and Analysis

The third and final day of Technology Days delved deep into Test & Inspection technologies. With presentations and workshops led by thought leaders from Aster, XJTAG, SMH Technologies, and nVent SCHROFF, attendees explored state-of-the-art tools and methodologies in areas like test coverage software, boundary scan testing, in-system programming, and racks & enclosures.

The day featured in-depth discussions on the latest test solutions, including Aster’s test coverage software, XJTAG’s boundary scan for efficient PCB testing, Litepoint’s wireless testing solutions, and SMH’s in-system programming. nVent SCHROFF’s advanced racks and enclosures were also showcased, providing innovative solutions for complex industrial needs.

One of the day’s key highlights was a presentation on Functional Test Solutions by our R&D collaborator, Raul Ionel, who shared his expert insights on test systems for complex electronics. The interactive format allowed for active participation and enthusiasm from attendees, culminating in a memorable conclusion to our event.

Linia de roboți CB3 de la Universal Robots va fi oprită, iar vânzările se vor încheia până la sfârșitul anului 2024.

De ce seria CB3 este eliminată treptat?

Deși a demonstrat valoare de durată pentru mulți clienți, s-a decis renunțarea treptată la producție, astfel încât focusul să fie coboții, seria E, cu sarcină utilă mare, UR20 și UR30. Planurile sunt ambițioase pentru produse noi hardware și software, care vor fi realizate doar cu această tehnologie nouă.

Termenele de comandă și livrare

Roboții CB3 pot fi comandați până la data de 30 iunie 2024 pentru a putea fi livrați până la 31 decembrie 2024.

Livrările pot fi solicitate pe tot parcursul anului 2024 până la 31 decembrie. În cazul cererii după 2024 pentru CB3, trebuie să ne aliniem la ultima planificare de cumpărare în intervalul de timp de mai sus în 2024.

Piese de schimb si reparatii

Roboții CB3 vor fi deserviți și reparați în Service Hubs UR timp de 8 ani, până în decembrie 2032. Piesele de schimb CB3 pot fi comandate până în decembrie 2032.

Trecerea la e-Series

Vă recomandăm să faceți tranziția noilor dvs. soluții de automatizare bazate pe roboți CB3 la linia de produse e-Series. Linia este pe piață din 2018 și este o familie de produse dovedită, cu o bază solidă de calitate și performanță MTBF. Vă rugăm să ne contactați pentru a afla mai multe despre cât de ușoară este migrarea la e-Series și care e valoarea suplimentară pe care o oferă platforma e-Series. Programele robotului CB3 pot fi importate direct în e-Series PolyScope 5.

• Sustinerea de cursuri pentru platformele reprezentate;
