XJLink2 is a small, portable, USB hardware devices that provide a high speed interface (480Mbps) to the JTAG chain on a circuit board. The small, lightweight design means the XJLink2 can easily be moved to the Unit Under Test (UUT). Advanced features, like their programmable JTAG signal pin position, switchable power supply and auto signal skew, make it easy to connect to a wide range of circuit boards. Simple to install and use due to the USB plug-and-play ability

XJExtender is XJTAG’s recommended solution to overcome signal integrity issues when connecting an XJLink or XJLink2 JTAG controller to a remote Device Under Test (DUT). By using differential signalling, XJExtender allows you to work with a DUT up to 10 meters from the XJLink, even in electrically noisy environments.
Features
- Standard 26-way IDC connectors support cost-effective ribbon cable for board-to-board connection (twisted-pair ribbon cable recommended for best performance)

XJRunner is the specialized run-time environment for executing pre-compiled XJDeveloper projects. With a range of special features it is particularly aimed at board manufacturers and in-field support. I one package, you have interconnect testing, in-system programming, non-JTAG device testing, serial number handling and configurable log files for your audit trail.
XJAnalyser is a powerful tool for real time circuit visualization and debugging. It provides a graphical view of JTAG chains, giving you complete control, on a pin-by-pin basis, of both pin state (either driven as an output or tristated as an input) and pin value (either high or low when driven), and it has the facility to run SVF and STAPL / JAM files.
XJDeveloper is a graphical application that allows you to quickly and easily set up and run tests on your circuit. With XJDeveloper you can reduce your time to market by reusing your test scripts all the way through the product design process and then in manufacturing.
XJDeveloper’s built-in connection test, combined with XJEase tests for non-JTAG devices, checks your boards for short-circuit and open-circuit faults. Using XJDeveloper you can easily create or customize tests. The DFT analysis allows you to see your boards’ test coverage while the built-in netlist explorer provides a simple interface for you to view the connectivity between devices.
XJFlash is an FPGA-based advanced and innovative method that uses JTAG for high-speed in-system programming (ISP) of flash memories – all serial and parallel flash devices are supported. The most common use of XJFlash is programming the SPI/QSPI NOR flash used to configure an FPGA.
With XJFlash you can use the FPGA on your board to achieve flash programming speeds up to 50 times faster than those possible using conventional boundary scan techniques, often reaching the maximum speed for the flash memory.
Rent equipment
Renting test and automation equipment is an alternative most don’t consider when they have an immediate or short-term requirement for a certain test or automation application. Short term, immediate requirements for test equipment come up often; instances of equipment failure, project overload, unique testing and many other circumstances make renting test and automation equipment a desired service.
